Back Workout
Incorporating a workout that focuses on the back into your fitness regimen can enhance your overall strength and provide benefits such as minimizing back pain and promoting proper form and posture.

Workout :
Start with a quick 10 minute warm up, then get into lifting.
1. Banded/assisted pull-ups - 4xAMRAP
2. Bent over rows - 4x10-12
3. Chest supported machine rows (lat focused) - 3x10-12
4. Single arm db rows - 3x10-12
5. a)Chest supported rows (upper back) - 3x10-12
5. b)Rear delt flys - 3x12-15
