Raspberry Orange Protein Muffins
Ingredients :
- 150g oat flour
- 60g all purpose flour
- 120g Pure Whey Protein 5lbs Smooth Vanilla
- 10g baking powder
- 10g sweetener of choice
- 400g 0% fat greek yoghurt
- 2 eggs
- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 cup sugar free/maple syrup
- 2 oranges (zest of one orange, juice of both oranges)
- 2 cups frozen raspberries
Instructions :
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Mix all your ingredients together
- Cover a muffin pan with spray oil
- Fill each muffin mood up to 3/4 (these will rise in the oven!!)
- Bake for 30 minutes (depending on the size of your muffins)
- Wait for the muffins to cool down and enjoy!!
