Pumpkin Spice Protein Brownies

PUMPKIN SPICE PROTEIN BROWNIES

Who would've thought pumpkin spice and chocolate would go THAT well together? We've been bold enough to try the combination, and let us tell you, it passes the taste test! 

Enjoy the soft, fudgy taste of your beloved brownies, mixed with the warm taste of pumpkin spice, all that topped with healthy ingredients AND a high protein content.

 

Ingredients (6 brownies)

  • 1 1/4 cups of pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup powdered peanut butter, mixed with 2/3 cups water
  • 2/3 cup cacao powder
  • 2 scoops Double Chocolate Isolate protein
  • 1/4 cup stevia
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin spice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

 

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F ;
  2. Mix all the ingredients (except the chocolate chips) together in a mixing bowl ;
  3. Grease or line a baking dish with parchment paper ;
  4. Pour the batter in the baking dish ;
  5. Add the chocolate chips on top of the batter ;
  6. Bake for 40 minutes ;
  7. Let cool completely before cutting ;
  8. Enjoy!
