PROTEIN RAISIN ROLLS
This recipe is super simple, cozy, and overall just perfect for the fall time. We love this one because it guarantees your house to smell sweet, and it only takes a couple minutes to make. They make the perfect Sunday morning breakfast, with a side of seasonal fruit and some butter melting on the fresh, warm buns!
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1 scoop Smooth Vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 cup greek yoghurt
- 1/4 cup raisins
Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, oat flour, protein powder, baking powder and cinnamon together ;
- Add the yoghurt in and mix until a dough forms. You might need to use your hands for this part ;
- Start kneading the dough and mix the raisins in ;
- Roll into 6 even buns ;
- Air fry at 325F for 15 minutes or until golden brown and enjoy!
Overview
