Protein Peach Squares
For this recipe, we’re only using a blender and a baking dish to keep it as simple as possible! These perfect little squares contain 3 different sources of protein, complex carbs & some fruits, making sure you get in all the good nutrients.
Ingredients :
- 200g cottage cheese (protein source 1)
- 3 fresh peaches (+1 for topping)
- 2 egg whites (protein source 2)
- 2 1/2 scoops of the Pure Whey Isolate Smooth Vanilla (protein source 3, the most important!!)
- 1 1/4 cups oat flour
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp powdered sweetener (optional)
Preparation :
- Throw everything in a blender and blend until your batter is smooth.
- Cover a glass pan with parchemin paper (I suggest adding some spray oil too)
- Top with thin peach slices
- Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes to an hour
- Enjoy!
