Protein Peach Squares

For this recipe, we’re only using a blender and a baking dish to keep it as simple as possible! These perfect little squares contain 3 different sources of protein, complex carbs & some fruits, making sure you get in all the good nutrients.

Ingredients :

  • 200g cottage cheese (protein source 1)
  • 3 fresh peaches (+1 for topping)
  • 2 egg whites (protein source 2)
  • 2 1/2 scoops of the Pure Whey Isolate Smooth Vanilla (protein source 3, the most important!!)
  • 1 1/4 cups oat flour
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp powdered sweetener (optional)

Preparation :

  • Throw everything in a blender and blend until your batter is smooth.
  • Cover a glass pan with parchemin paper (I suggest adding some spray oil too)
  • Top with thin peach slices
  • Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes to an hour
  • Enjoy!
