Protein Banana & Apple Muffins
These are so simple and taste so refreshing !
Ingrediens (8 muffins) :
2 mashed bananas
1 apple, peeled & finely diced
1 egg
1/4 cup greek yoghurt
1/4 cup sugar free syrup
1 tsp baking powder
3 scoops of Pure Whey Isolate Maple Brown sugar
1 cup oat flour
1 tsp salt
Sweetener (optional)
Preparation :
Mix everything together and bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes! Enjoy!
