1 cup frozen blueberries
3/4 grapefruit
1/2 (or whole) clementine
Handful of pineapple chunks
3-4 celery sticks
1 scoop of Pure Whey Isolate 5lbs Maple Brown Sugar
1 cup greek yoghurt
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
