No Bake Protein Brownie Bites
These bites take just under 10 minutes to make and are the best treat to satisfy your sweet tooth while still getting your protein in!
Ingredients :
- 25g almond flour (1/4 cup)
- 25g oat flour (1/4 cup)
- 10g cacao powder (2 tbsp)
- 70g whey protein (2 scoops)
- 2tbsp sugar free syrup
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 2tbsp water/milk
- 15g dark chocolate
Preperation :
- Mix all the dry ingredients together
- Add in the wet ingredients and mix using a spatula. this will take a bit of time but don’t add more liquid or else the consistency won’t be right to make bites!
- Use non-stick oil spray to cover your hands so the mix doesn’t stick to them, and make 9 individual bite sized balls.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave (slowly or else it will burn!) and use the spatula to spread it on top of each ball.
- Let chill in the fridge for at least 1-2 hours and enjoy!!
