HEALTHY CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES
How about chocolate truffles but with a healthier twist, and we promise they taste as amazing as they sound? If you love all things sweet, this recipe is the one for you! All you need are a couple of simple ingredients and a food processor as these healthy balls don't require baking.
Ingredients (10-15 balls)
- 200g pitted dates
- 40g honey
- 30g nut butter of choice (we used natural peanut butter)
- 31g (1 scoop) Double Chocolate Whey protein
- 15g cacao powder (+ more to roll the truffles in)
- 20g oat flour
- Water for consistency
Prepartion
- Put all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until you get a smooth consistency ;
- Using a spoon, roll out 10-15 even-sized balls ;
- Lay out some cacao powder on a plate and coat each ball with it ;
- Store in the fridge and enjoy all week long!
