Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 1/2 cup 0% fat greek yoghurt (we used natural)
  • 2 tsp runny peanut butter
  • 2 tsp sugar free syrup
  • 1 scoop Limitless Pharma Whey Isolate Protein Powder
  • 1/4 cup powdered peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • Optional : flaky sea salt
Alternatives

To make this recipe even more accessible to you, we created a list of ingredient alternatives you can use.

  • Instead of runny peanut butter, you can use : melted peanut butter OR any other runny nut or seed butter you like.
  • Instead of sugar free syrup, you can use : any liquid sweetener works. Some great replacements are maple syrup, agave syrup, honey, date syrup, or even molasses.

Note we made this a 2-serving recipe, but you can totally enjoy the whole thing by yourself!

Preparation

  1. In a mixing bowl, add the greek yoghurt, nut butter and liquid sweetener. Mix until well combined.
  2. Add the Isolate protein and powdered peanut butter. Mix until the powdered ingredients are blended into the mixture and there are no clumps left.
  3. Line a pan with parchment paper.
  4. Using a spoon, form 16 bite-sized balls and place them on the pan.
  5. Freeze for 1 hour.
  6. Before taking the bites out of the freezer, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave. Make sure you do this in multiple short times so you don't burn your chocolate.
  7. Take the bites of the freezer and drizzle some chocolate on each of them.
  8. Optional : sprinkle some flaky sea salt on top.

You can enjoy these protein bites now or place them in a tightly closed container and store them in the freezer to eat later.
