EGG WHITE SOUFFLÉE PANCAKE
What if we told you this huge pancake only requires 3 main ingredients, AND contains over 53g of protein for less than 250 calories? Incredible, right? Well, this is not a dream and we are about to tell you exactly how you can recreate it for yourself.
Ingredients (1 giant soufflée pancake)
- 330g egg whites
- 20g protein powder of choice
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Optional : 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400 F ;
- Add the egg whites to a bowl and use a hand mixer to mix until you get a fluffy texture. The egg whites should form spikes when you pull the mixer out ;
- Gently mix in the rest of the ingredients with a spatula or a spoon ;
- Line a baking tin with parchment paper and spread the pancake mixture ;
- Bake for 10 minutes ;
- Garnish with your preferred toppings and enjoy!
