Chocolate Sea Salt Brownies
Ingredients :
1 large sweet potato, skinless & cooked
Tip : Use a fork to poke holes in your sweet potato (with skin). Microwave for 2x 4 minutes and your potato is ready!
2 medium sized zucchinis, grated
2 eggs
2 egg whites
1/4 cup sugar free syrup
1 1/2 cups oat flour
3 scoops of Pure Whey Isolate Double Chocolate OR Chocolate Whipped Caramel
3/4 cup cacao powder
1 tbsp baking powder
Sweetener to taste (optional)
Sea salt
Dark chocolate chips
Preparation :
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a square glass tin with parchment paper
- Mash the sweet potato and mix all of the ingredients together (except the sea salt & the dark chocolate)
- Pour into the glass tin and top with chocolate chips + sea salt
- Bake for 30-45 mins
- Enjoy
