CHOCOLATE PB PROTEIN RICE CAKES
Looking for a quick, no-bake, easy AND high protein snack? Look no further, because these Chocolate PB Protein Rice Cakes literally ticks all the boxes. These have 47g of protein, require a couple simple ingredients, and are the perfect sweet & salty combo, making for the ideal post-workout snack.
Ingredients (2 rice cakes - 1 serving)
- 2 rices cakes of choice
- 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter
- 2-3 tbsp water
- 1/2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 cup plain greek yoghurt
- 1 scoop Smooth Vanilla Isolate protein
- 1/2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips, melted
Preparation
- In a small bowl, mix the powdered peanut butter, water, and peanut butter until smooth. Spread evenly on both rice cakes ;
- In another bowl, mix the greek yoghurt, honey, and protein powder. Spread evenly on both rice cakes, over the peanut butter layer ;
- Add the melted chocolate on top of the greek yoghurt ;
- Place in the freezer for 1 hour, or until hardened ;
- Enjoy!
