BANANA OATMEAL COOKIES
An easy, healthy and high protein recipe that goes both as a snack or a breakfast? Count us in! These Banana Oatmeal Cookies only require 8 simple ingredients you probably already have at home, and they taste like a charm. Plus, you can make them smaller for snacks or desserts, or bigger for a filling breakfast. If you have ripe bananas but are tired of banana bread, this is the recipe for you!
Ingredients (12 cookies)
- 3 very ripe bananas
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup Maple Brown Sugar Isolate protein
- Dark chocolate chunks
- Pinch of sea salt
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350F ;
- In a large mixing bowl, add the peeled bananas and mash them using a fork ;
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until well-combined ;
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and form 12 even cookies ;
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, let cool and enjoy!
