8-INGREDIENT PROTEIN APPLE & BANANA BREAD
If you're feeling lazy, but are in the mood for a sweet high protein snack, then this one's for you. This 8-ingredient Protein Apple & Banana Bread is so simple, all you need are 8 ingredients, a bowl, a fork, a grater, and a baking dish. You truly have no excuses to treat yourself!
Using healthy ingredients and Isolate protein powder, this snack is ideal to eat by itself as a snack, or paired with yoghurt and fruits as a breakfast or more complete snack.
Ingredients (6 portions)
- 2 apples, peeled and grated
- 2 bananas, peeled and mashed
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 cup oat flour
- 2 scoops Maple Brown Sugar Isolate protein
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup stevia
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350 F ;
- Peel the apples, grate them and add them to a large mixing bowl ;
- Mash the bananas and add them to the mixing bowl ;
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until smooth ;
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour the batter in the dish ;
- Bake for 50 minutes ;
- Let cool and enjoy!
